1. Introduction

Welcome to ea77 (referred to throughout this document as "ea77", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ea77 and you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and govern all aspects of your access to and use of the ea77 website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, and associated services available at ea77.top.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the ea77 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the ea77 platform and should close your browser immediately.

ea77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. 2. Eligibility

Use of the ea77 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ea77 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You have not previously had an ea77 account closed for cause, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, consultant, contractor, or agent of ea77 or any company within its group of companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

ea77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended until adequate documentation is provided. If verification reveals that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements, the account will be permanently closed and any funds on deposit will be handled in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ea77 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, using different names, or using different email addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. ea77 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Any change in your personal circumstances that affects the information held on your account must be reported to ea77 support promptly. ea77 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. ea77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact ea77 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ea77 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, ea77 may require players to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any point where ea77 deems verification necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on ea77 are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. ea77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ea77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside ea77's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with ea77 support. ea77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. ea77 does not permit withdrawals of bonus funds until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the ea77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion is applied by ea77. Players using international payment cards (Visa, Mastercard) should be aware that their card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee, which ea77 has no control over and does not reimburse.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ea77 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Deposits may only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Any transaction that ea77 reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Associated accounts will be suspended and balances frozen pending investigation. By using ea77, you confirm that all funds deposited are derived from legitimate sources.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the ea77 platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirming. ea77 will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in circumstances where ea77 determines that a bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error.

5.2 Void Bets

ea77 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event that was cancelled or did not take place within the stipulated timeframe; (b) the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error; (c) the bet was placed after the commencement of an event in circumstances where live data was not available; or (d) ea77 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in bad faith or with the benefit of insider information.

5.3 Cricket and BPL Markets

Cricket betting, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, is governed by ea77's Cricket Betting Rules, which are available within the platform's help section. In the event of any conflict between the Cricket Betting Rules and these general Terms, the Cricket Betting Rules shall prevail in respect of cricket markets.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

ea77 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, markets, or event types. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant market on the platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Winning bets that exceed the stated maximum payout will be settled at the maximum payout amount.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ea77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are displayed at the point of offer and within the promotions section of the platform. The following general bonus conditions apply to all ea77 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• ea77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reverse bonus credits where it determines they have been claimed fraudulently or in breach of promotion terms.
• Players who self-exclude or set deposit limits may be ineligible for certain promotional offers. This is a protective measure, not a penalty.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ea77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your age or identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform in an automated manner without ea77's express written consent.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations, or using any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of match outcomes, or being involved in any manner in the fixing or manipulation of any sporting event.
• Money Laundering: Using the ea77 platform to process funds derived from any illegal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used on the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ea77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of ea77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ea77 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, adapt, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without ea77's express prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by ea77's Privacy Policy, available at ea77.top/privacy-policy. By using the ea77 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In summary, ea77 collects the data necessary to provide its services, verify player identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations. ea77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ea77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) your use of, or inability to use, the ea77 platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its features; (c) any errors or inaccuracies in the content of the platform; (d) any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials; or (e) any bet placed in error by you.

ea77's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit ea77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Closure by You

You may close your ea77 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, ea77 will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds within 24 hours and close your account. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

11.2 Closure by ea77

ea77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) ea77 is required to do so by law or regulatory obligation; (c) ea77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; or (d) your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ea77 may withhold some or all of the account balance in accordance with the severity of the breach.

12. Responsible Gaming

ea77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ea77 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ea77's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. ea77's internal dispute resolution process requires that all complaints are submitted in writing to [email protected] and that ea77 is given a minimum of 14 days to respond before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
